Christmas vacation 2009
We spent a lovely 2 weeks visiting Oman. A beautiful country rich with history and wonderful people.
We traveled to India shortly after the Mumbai Attacks. We celebrated Christmas in Goa, and New Years in Kochi. India is vibrant and the people were warm and friendly. The food was spicy!! Very spicy at times and the population, abundant! Temperature- unseasonably cool at 30 deg C

Inca Trail to Machu Picchu 2007
Men's Power Workout
Noah Cantor of the Toronto Argonauts came by to show us the Argo's pre-game warmup drills.
Cycling in the French Pyrenees-
Our original intention was to catch a few stages of the 2007 Tour de France. As the race developed, it became apparent that some of the riders were using performance enhancements. This dark cloud over such a wonderfull race led us to skip the race and focus on our own riding instead. We went over some of the famous climbs riding about 100 km/per day. The Tour is an amazing event and I hope that someday, it will cleanup.

Patient of the Month
The pictures below represent patients that have been honoured as "Patient of the Month" by Mississauga Chiro. This is our way of expressing our gratitude for having such wonderful patients. Thank you for your devotion to optimal health and healing through Chiropractic care.
This was not the most relaxing vacation!! We did so much over 2 weeks and it was culturally very different. We spent time in the Sahara desert, the middle and high Atlas mountains and of course the big cities of Marrakech, Casablanca and Fez.
