Men's Power Workout

Noah Cantor of the Toronto Argonauts came by to show us the Argo's pre-game warmup drills.

Cycling in the French Pyrenees-

Our original intention was to catch a few stages of the 2007 Tour de France. As the race developed, it became apparent that some of the riders were using performance enhancements. This dark cloud over such a wonderfull race led us to skip the race and focus on our own riding instead. We went over some of the famous climbs riding about 100 km/per day. The Tour is an amazing event and I hope that someday, it will cleanup.
