UPPER BACK STRETCH: This month's exercise is great to increase your range of motion.
- Sit or stand with hands clasped behind head as shown.
- Raise tip of elbow upward as you move tip of other elbow downward.
- Bend without allowing hips to move so you feel a stretch in upper back.
- Hold 5 seconds.
